Peter Bartolini and Michael Regan always begin your mortgage with the end in mind.  Peter loves to help people identify the most efficient mortgage plan for their goals & objectives and Michael loves to deliver a smooth process and help people get off the cash-flow treadmill.

Michael & Peter have defined Freedom Point in their team Vision, Mission & Purpose:

Team Vision: To see every client one day living with financial freedom

Team Mission: To help all clients create a plan aimed at a financial freedom point

Team Purpose: We believe that a mortgage is no longer a necessary evil for homeownership like it once was. A mortgage is now a critical financial tool that must be managed in harmony with each client's personalized saving & spending plans

Our purpose assumes you will agree with the following 3 principles:

1. You must believe that a true Freedom Point is one day living free of debt
2. You must choose to live within your means in order to have Financial Freedom
3. You must create a Freedom Point Plan within the context of your goals & reality

The Freedom Point Plan will include us reviewing some (or all) of the following strategies:

Maintaining a personal household cash-flow management plan
Establishing a cash cushion (5-10% of annual income)
Eliminating "bad debt" & maintaining a high credit score (FICO)
Targeting a financial freedom point (the day you know you can be debt free)
Recording a will and a living trust document for your family's assets
Reviewing insurance coverage (health, disability, life, property, auto)
Creating a debt management strategy (for a primary residence)
Confirming an asset management strategy (for all other investments)
Saving toward one year's worth of income liquidity
Evaluating this plan regularly to live positioned for choices

Michael & Peter are supported by Myron Chamberlain and the Valley Bank processing, underwriting & closing departments.
